This Innova 3100 Water Bath/Shaker although listed as used. Is very clean! Unit was tested with water in bath and works very well. One picture shows a small split in one corner of the cover. When the cover is in place it is barely noticeable, in fact I missed it when I was looking the item over during cleaning and repair. The length of the split appears to be approximately 1.25 inches but I cannot tell for sure since it is tight. The water level control unit was replaced and now the scale is bright and clear. We did notice that the fuse was very corroded but we were unable to take it out to replace it. We believe this is the reason the item will not power on. There are several scuff marks. Scratches and rust spots on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The internal structure is in good condition. We turned the item up to the maximum temperature and inserted a good amount of water into the item. We let the item sit for around 15 minutes and then used a digital thermometer to test the water.
