Stirrer is equipped with a three wire. Grounded plug. Speed of stirring is controlled by a speed knob on the front of the stirrer. Stirrer turns 3 cm. Teflon coated, stir bar(included) when turned on full and turns more slowly when the speed setting is turned down. The stirrer has a non-magnetic-metal case. This stirrer is about 10 cm square and about 8.5 cm high. The stirrer is operational and has been operated before being listed for sale.

I picked this up in a lot of stuff I purchased from a local company that was shutting down its chemical test lab. I don't know a lot about chemistry. But I do know that this device was in regular use up until a couple months ago. It still works perfecly and overall, it's in terrific shape. This auction is for the stirrer only. It does not include any of the magnetic stirring bars. Flasks, or other accessories. The top of the unit measures 19" square and it stands 8" high. It runs on standad 110VAC and all the switches and knobs seem to do what they're supposed to do. There are some very minor scuff marks and nicks on the plastic top. But nothing out of the normal wear and tear. Otherwise there are no scratches, dings, ... morelabels, scrapes, cracks, stickers, etc. on the top or the aluminum case.
