Up for sale is my Angenieux 70-210 zoom lens designed originally for Leica R Mount cameras. I will also include a Canon EF adapter that I have used with my canon 5DMk2. This lens is designed for Leica R 35mm SLR sensors. But it has put in good work for my canon digital cinematography. The lens is labeled as a"macro" lens, but I've used it for telephoto as well. In my opinion, I think this lens performs exceptionally well at 3.5-5.6 shooting subjects from about 8-10 feet away. I am the second owner and it has been extremely well taken care of. I also knew the original owner who was a professional photographer. This is a Manual focus. Manual zoom lens. Aperture is controlled manually as well. Glass contains some dust specs, but is in good condition. No mold, chips, cracks or marks on the glass. Outer shell has cosmetic blemishes ... morewhich can be seen in photo number 3. The focus rings and zoom rings move smoothly but it should be noted that the focus ring feels slightly tighter toward infinity. If you are a cinematographer, thinking about using this for film or video, you will need a follow focus unit for smooth focusing, especially given that the ring is right in the middle of the barrel of the lens. For photographers, I don't think you will have any problems. Here is some work that I've shot with this lens a few years back in 2011 or so.
