The function buttons are in good condition but the temperature dial button was missing but replaced it with another one. From another item. The display is in good condition with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We turned the item to the max temperature and RPM. We let the item sit for 10 minutes. The item was stirring and mixing during the entire test without any issues. Everything appears to work just fine. Comes as pictured. The only exception noted was that the electronic lid lock does not release unless power is cycled after a run. The manual lid lock release(wires on the side) works at all times. We are unsure if this is normal operation for the electronic lock. Either way it does not hamper operation. From a casual inspection this incubator is in very good physical condition. It certainly won’t pass for new but it looks as good as an incubator needs to look in my humble opinion. If it wasn’t in such good shape I would never have bothered with it. The surplus info on it said in one place the condition was unknown. But in another it said it wasn’t working. I powered the thing up and was able to reset the thermostat higher. Which got the HEAT ON indicator to light up and the indicated temperature to start moving in the right direction. Inside the blower was going. Thus far that is the extent of my testing and no warranty is offered. However. I can at least check it to see ... moreif it settles in at the new set point before it ships. If it runs way past the set point or I notice something else unexpected I will update the listing to reflect my observations. If you have already bought the unit I will give you an opportunity to reconsider before we finalize the transaction.
