This will weld up to 1/4" thick steel. This is single phase 230 volt which is nice because you can run it in your home shop. This has been used lightly by me in my home shop and it works perfect. This welder has welded allot of aluminium. Stainless, copper nickel, and carbon steel. It has made its money back 3000 times. The machine is good, the TIG system works great, I have even used it with a miller wire feed system as the primary power source. Machine comes with a 300 amp Jackson stinger that is approximately 25 foot. the pig tail is 14 feet with a attached ground that is approximately 12 feet with an additional ground extinction of another 12 feet. Hello here is a like new Millermatic 211 Auto-Set w/MVP. Serial number MB292020N. There has been very little usage, the original wire spool is missing very little wire. The pictures are of all you will receive. The welder will be packed in it's original box, and shipped that way. The cart will be disassembled, and packed separately. Nutserts" were installed on the bottom of the welder, and four holes drilled in the cart to prevent the welder from moving around. The buyer needs to reassemble the cart, put the welder on it and use the four screws I will include, to prevent the welder from moving around. The buyer will need to install the ground cable assembly, the trigger and feed cable assembly, put on the spool of wire and feed it thru the gun. Lincoln Power MIG 256 MIG Welder K3068-1 208/240V Electric
Lincoln Pro Mig 256. This has been a great welder. And I hate to see it go. I'm selling because it is too big for our processes. We weld light gauge stainless with the occasional mild steel use, and are switching to a lighter duty Lincoln. As you can see in the pictures. It is used but has been kept in good condition. We have kept it here in the shop at 3 different stations and hasn't really been moved a lot. I did replace the gun to a 15' Radnor Pro which is compatible with the Tweco Consumables. The stock Lincoln gun wasn't compatible with Tweco, and hard to find. The gun is still in good shape, but could use another diffuser, nozzle, and tip. All the product specs can be found on the Lincoln site. The drive and the regulator are still in great shape! I included a picture of a brass coupler. I don't know what it's ... morefor. But will include it because it came with it. The front controls are in perfect condition and work great. The tank is not included* As to shipping. I put local pickup only, but am happy to ship freight. The weight of the welder is 250lbs, and when put on a short pallet should be about 275lbs total shipping weight.
