I bought this nice Aluminum wire feed unit over ten years ago and never used it. I bought it used and planned on hooking it up to my Miller Welder for the Power Source. But never got around to it. Miller extreme 12 VS Suitcase welder it has been used. But is in 100% working condition it has some scratches, scuffs ect because u get that out of the welding industry. It is set up for running 1/16 flux cored wire the rollers are 1/16 has digital screen for your volts and wire speed goes up to 70 volts. I do not have a whip that goes with the welder because mine was pinched shut from a piece of steel getting sat on it I do have a brand new 1/16 liner that goes with it and a bag of ten 1/16 tips and nozzles. it has the male end to plug your hot lead in and your gas line to plug into also. Has silver paint on it that I put on it to know that it was mine on the job site but looks fine does not effect the welder at all. I bought a miller trailblazer and this 12RC suitcase welder together as a set last year. The retired police officer that I bought it from was going to"get into" welding. But barely used it at all. The trailblazer had 20 hours on it and by the looks of it- I doubt if he used the suitcase welder one single time- it looks like new other than some scratches and dust from being moved around my garage. I thought I might use it eventually, but I have had it a year and find myself only using the trailblazer or my 220v lincoln, so I have no use for this. The 25' extension cords combined with 15' gun give you 40' total distance, but of course your ground cable would need to be close enough to the work. Good condition. Excellent working wire feeder. Has a new ProFax 400 amp gun and a new contactor. It's currently set up to run.030 solid wire, but I have the drive rolls and guide tubes for.045 solid/flux core wire. Have several extra nozzles, diffusers, and various size tips. This machine is guaranteed not DOA. I sold the inverter that powered this feeder, now no longer have a use for it. It has an almost empty spool of.030 ER70S-6 wire in it now. I will ship it with no spool to cut down shipping cost. I do have a new 33# spool of the same wire that I can ship with the machine for an additional cost. Also have a new spool of.045 DualShield flux core wire as well. These I can sell separately and combine shipping if desired. As always.
