We bought this machine last year and have only used it a handful of times. Works as a Miller tig should. Includes everything shown. Tig torch, ground, regulator, foot pedal and few extra collets, collet bodies and cups. The plug for the foot pedal was somehow cracked but it still works fine. You could replace this easily with the new part from a Miller distributor.

Up for sale is my Miller Maxstar 140 STICK/TIG welder. It is my money maker and is super portable. Its a Miller. Enough said on quality and performance. I am the second owner(first used it in his garage door repair service, always kept it inside, never dropped) and am selling it because I bought a different welder for welding roll cages. This welder will weld from 5 to 140 amps and will run on a standard 115v or 230v outlet(it automatically senses the voltage, I have a plug adapter, see pics) It is based on newer inverter technology so it uses less power, and has a smoother feel to the welds. SMAW(STICK WELDING) will burn 1/8 rod all day long. Have welded BBQ's. Bumpers, tow hitches, and trailers with it on stick mode. Best for rusty/dirty metal/outdoors. Ground in( Electrode holder in(+) flip switch to stick mode. GTAW(TIG Welding) just ... moreflip a switch to lift-arc. And put the Electrode holder in( and the ground in(+) then connect the electrode holder to the tig torch adapter and you are ready to TIG weld, which is my favorite. All you do is, turn the argon valve on the torch, then touch the tungsten of the tig torch to the metal and lift up a little, and the welder will automatically start the arc(Lift-Arc) I have welded stainless steel sinks, kegs, fabricated brush guards, fixed cracked exhaust manifolds, wrought iron benches, installed turbo waste gates, and fixed up go karts with TIG welding. As you get the puddle going, you add filler rod as you go along and the weld looks like a stack of dimes! I have used it at my home shop and on small projects during the 3 year period. this is a tig(GTAW) and arc"stick" SMAW) welder DC only. Meaning it only welds steel(black iron/mild steel) stainless steel,chromoly and a few other types of steel with the right filler rod and preparation, it will NOT weld aluminum!
