Hobart Handler MIG welder model 6869 similar to a Hobart 140 mig welder
This is an older Hobart Handler 6969 that has been in operation for about 15-20 years. It is currently in non-working order. It recently started giving me problems and was not feeding wire at all. I had a friend troubleshoot and we found that two of the diodes were bad. I replaced the two diodes and the welder worked for another 3 sessions of welding when it stopped feeding wire once again. Rather than continue to try and repair this welder I decided to buy a new one. They don’t make welders like this any longer and this unit has done more that its share of work. This could have some life left in it but I just don’t have the time to continue to invest in this welder. I would prefer a pickup only but will ship this for $68 if you are the winning bidder. It has some flux wire in it now, it has never been used on gas, but has all the original parts( tank not included, I never bought a tank for it. I have used this welder for years. It has been a very good welder. It comes with a nearly new gun and cable. I think it is a 16 foot. I am selling it because one day while welding it just stopped feeding wire. I checked it's breakers and all good. I don't think it would take much to make it work again, but I DO NOT know that for a fact. It powers up and sounds like it works it just does not feed wire. It's an older Hobart welder gasless mig the motor went out i had it sent in they replaced it still has the tag on it from when they did now it needs a new gun I used it all the time but now that it needs a new gun I'm upgrading it has adjustable wire speed and voltage
