Input Power 230 V, 19.5 A, 60 Hz, Single-Phase Rated Output 130 A at 20 VDC, 30% Duty Cycle Amperage Range 30-175 A Max. Open-Circuit Voltage 30 Features One safety feature for this machine is the thermal overload protection that activates when the duty cycle is exceeded or the airflow is blocked. A built-in, solid-state, contactor circuit prevents the wire from becoming electrically active unless the trigger is pulled. Voltage control and wire feed speed-tracking combine to adjust the wire feed automatically according to the voltage. A"Tip Saver" system protects against short circuits by cutting output when a short is detected. Construction The Millermatic 175 is a little over 10 1/2 inches wide, 17 1/2 inches tall and 15 3/4 inches in depth, with a net weight of 73 lbs. The feed-head is made of cast aluminum and features a spring-loaded tension arm with a dual groove drive roll easy to replace. A plastic hub accepts 8-inch or 4-inch spools and is equipped with a retaining ring. This unit includes a T-knob that helps secure the torch, four slots for extra tips, a set of polarity changeover terminals and a calibrated tension knob. A flow gauge with hose regulates the mix of argon and carbon dioxide. The welder can use, 4" or 8" 0.024, 0.030 or 0.035-inch drive rolls and uses contact tips for 0.024, 0.030 and 0.035-inch wires. You can use household 220v current only. You can plug it into a washer/dryer outlet with the correct plug(or make an adapter) If you have a 220V air compressor you can run it off that outlet too(again, check plugs) Some times welders, air compressors and plasma cutters have different plugs. Washers and dryers are different.

I do not do enough welding to use the large tanks. This rack is a factory made option for the Miller Matic 200. Wheels not included. Remove the axel and wheels from the base of the cart and bolt on the extension rack then put the wheels on the axels that are welded on it. The duel tank holder has two steel rings 9 1/2" diameter that hold two#300 tanks together with four angled rods for hanging cords and hose.
