This unit is in good physical condition with only minor scuffs and scratches due to normal wear. All the labeling is still clear and legible. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. The effective area is ~22.5" wide. ~17.5" long. When we tested this unit it powered on without any problems. We set the temperature dial and let it sit for about ten minutes. The unit heated up quickly and maintained the correct temperature.
