Bought the item in 2014 from amazon and only used it once. it was just sitting there so I decide to sell it but. As a result of lack of care there's a small dent that resulted on the left side of the machine; it's hardly noticeable. It's still work perfect and has be tested with a laser temperature gun and shows that it heats allover evenly unlike cheap heats press sold on eBay. If you message me asking for the laser temperature gun I would gladly throw it in as a bundle for free.
