Below is the description I was given when I purchased the machine in 2011. 1- Used) 1985 Miyano Machinery. MODEL: BNC-34 CNC TURNING CENTER Serial No. BN31093C SPECIFICATIONS: Bar Capacity 34mm(1.32" Turret 6 station Rapid traverse(x& z) 315 IPM Spindle nose- Main/ flat nose-135mm Spindles Speed Main/ 4500 RPM Spindle motor- Main 7.5 HP Control system Fanuc 3-T(When I start the control I think it says DNC10 on startup screen) Machine weight 5720 lbs. Machine Dimensions 100"L x 55"W 240VAC 3Phase. EQUIPPED WITH: Main Spindle collet- 5C All tool holders Foot pedal for chuck open/close. I added this CNC lathe to my shop a couple years ago but was not able to get any significant orders to use it on. It has been a very nice machine and I was able to hold better than +/001 on a couple jobs I did. I never used the tail stock but ... moreI experimented with it and found it works. Control has a 25 pin serial port. G-Code can be written offline and loaded to control via this port. I connected a cheap laptop to it and bought some DNC Software and that setup works well for both uploading and downloading. The laptop and software do not go with the machine. If the software licensse is transferrable. I would be willing to discuss this with the buyer. The main control power supply was faulty when I bought it but I had that repaired and it starts up fine now. I also had it painted and installed new Lexan window in the sliding door. I have some manuals but I have to stop short of saying"all" because I don't know what came with it in 1985. There is a book on operation and programming that I found very helpful. We than powered the machine down and turned back on and now it is in an unknown alarm state.
