We are selling this machine because we need the space and never use it. The lathe works well with no issues. Its currently under power and will be so until the machine sells. Very nice South Bend Light 10" Model A, lathe. It has a rare 54" gap bed that allows it to swing right at 15" It comes with a fair amount of tooling including a taper attachment, steady rest Jacobs No 14 drill chuck, live center, dog plate, lantern tool post, tool holders, 5" 3 jaw and a 6" four jaw chuck. 1 1/2" by 8 spindle threads and 55/64" between 3/4 and 7/8) through hole. The serial number indicates it was manufactured in 1960 and I don't believe it was ever more than a home shop machine. No apparent wear on the lead screw or bed. It runs quiet and smooth. Comes on a heavy duty stand. I could deliver it within 150 miles of Yreka, CA for a nominal fee.

Used Clover Timesaver Doria Milano 25X33 Gap bed 25"X120" metal lathe with 4 1/8" bore. 20" four jaw chuck, L taper spindle, Taper attachment. Steady rest, Follow rest and thread dial. This lathe does inch metric threads and spindle speeds are 15-1000rpm. The ways have some scratches and dinges but are in decent condition. The screws both have about 1/4 turn backlash. There are a couple of marks in the compound from the chuck. The lathe has been cleaned and repainted. It runs fine and all functions work. It is currently wired for 220v 3 phase. This lathe weighs about 8500 lbs. This machine can be picked up from my shop which is 10 miles south and east of downtown Saint Louis, Missouri, forklift loading is free.
