Sears "Universal compound vice" for milling/drilling on drill press
This is a 2- directional table-2 accurate feeds-for use with a drill press for indexing. Layout and spacing work as well as light milling on the drill press. It's table top can be rotated 360 degrees for making circular cuts in a workpiece. Or locked in place. The table top can be moved accurately in 2 dimensions by the 0.001" graduations on the 2 precision screw drives. There are rectangular grooves in the table top that can hold down items to be machined. The vice jaws that are shown on the Sears description weren't there when I bought it. This is an incomplete 24" mini milling lathe unit that is similar to a Sherline 4400. The base is 24" This lathe is missing the drive motors. But includes belts,sensor, mountable base, extra connecting cables, Jacobs chuck, and mounts for motors. The opening for the drive motors is approx. 38 mm with a 4 bolt mounting bracket. Machine Base Weldment BenchTop drill press milling machine Anvil Bridgeport
This is a used steel machine base/ weldment that was once part of a balancing machine. It is 21-1/2" x 26" and is 27" tall. The top and bottom are 5/8" thick and the sides are 9/16" thick and 100% welded top& bottom. This base is very heavy and would easly support the weight of 2 or 3 full size cars. The torched out hole in the top is 6-1/4" diameter and the opening in the front/side is 17-3/4" wide x 16" tall. The top has been machined flat and the rest is red primered. This would make an excellent base to set a bench top drillpress or milling machine or even an anvil or arbor press on. Look close and ask any questions you have. No returns. The hole pattern is 3/4" x 3/4"1/4-20 threaded holes) There is also a machined base plate on the bottom for easy use in a mill vise. The table has edge plates for part containment. This table seems tight and has little wear on the ways. This was part of an auction I won, and have not used it. The table is being sold as is, and no returns will be accepted. This auction is for a Lot of Vintage Lathe. Milling, Drill Press Arbor Shank/Shaft Parts& Chuck Keys. They are in fair used condition. Have scratches, spotty rust, and grease/dirt throughout. Both are unmarked. 3 Chuck keys are unmarked, while most of small keys and large key are marked Jacobs. Jacobs sizes are K01, K03, K04, K3. 2 shafts have hex key sections to accept bits. One still has broken bit in it. I have not tried to undo them. I do not know what these came off of or what they belong to. Shafts measure 5 1/4" long both have inner threaded tops that are 3/8" 1/4" approx. Both accept 3/8" bits. Please view pictures for content and condition! These are AS IS!
