OLD 1950's COCA COLA 6 PACK BOTTLE CARRIER ALUMINUM "25 CENTS"
This is an old aluminum Coca Cola carrier that holds 6 glass bottles. It was made of aluminum so it wouldn't rust. This is a rare one with the"25 cents plus deposit" On the label. In the value books, it is almost twice as valuable as the one without the"25 cents" on the side. The carrying handle easily extends up and down to avoid hurting your hand on the tops of the bottles. The aluminum is in good condition with no rust and is not bent. The name plate is slightly tarnished and a little faded on one side and more on the other side. With a little rust showing up, as you can see in my pictures. The bottles are not included in the auction. But are easily obtainable at any flea market for a dollar. The writing on the front of the pot states"U.S. Wear-Ever 1944 15 Gals. The pot measures roughly 16 1/2 inches high and 18 inches in diameter. The weight of the pot is 10 pounds 13 ounces. The two handles are made of steel but the rest of the pot is constructed entirely out of aluminum. As seen in the pictures below. The pot has substantial wear from use and age.
