Offered is my Hewlett Packard 8564E Spectrum Analyzer with the highly desirable 30Hz Option 006 as well as Option 008. I am an individual seller. It hasn’t been calibrated since I've owned it. But I believe it to be fully operational. It is in very good condition cosmetically, but is missing the front cover and the Mass Memory Module. It has a superficial scratch on the top of the gray cover that I put on it while moving it around the shop. I do not have the means to test this instrument and therefore it is priced accordingly.

All buttons work smoothly and you don't have to mash them hard to get a response. I checked power across the band. As well as the level and it all checks out. Nice piece of equipment! You can make power measurements with it as well as generate an RF carrier signal a custom power level at any frequency 10-1000 GHz. This is nice because then you can do simple tests without an expensive separate RF generator. In the photo you can see I have set it to generate an RF carrier at the input to a directional coupler(not included) and I am measuring the spectrum at the other port at the same time. If you want more information I suggest checking out the and/or the as this device is much more capable than it may seem! Works great. If you have any questions just ask!
