This analyzer is in great working condition with Installation Manual. Operating Manual, Programming Manual, AC power cord and the original calibration cable. It passes the internal tests. Including“CAL FREQ” CAL AMPTD” and“CONFTEST” I have been using this analyzer for EMI testing for many years and it has performed very well. It has the HPIB connector(GPIB) Option 021)but I have never used it. Its frequency range is from 10 kHz to 1.5 GHz. I have used it up to 1.8 GHz with some diminished sensitivity and at 2 GHz but with much diminished sensitivity. For your consideration is a used HP 8590A Spectrum Analyzer. The unit is in good physical condition. A 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The unit is fully functional as shown in listing pictures. It does not have a current calibration sticker or certificate. I cannot guarantee that the unit meets all specs required to achieve calibrated status, however empirical data collected by use of a calibrated signal source indicates that it would. This unit includes option 021, the HPIB interface, its operation has been functionally verified as good. Listing Picture Notes: 1.
