I have both 8562a and 8563e for sale as well but I recommend this unit to most people who dont need super high sensitivity or super high bw resolution but still need something with real high performance and on a budget. this out performs the 8562a in every way and is about 5 years newer model. its 1000$ more but very well worth it Im sure you will agree. this model was made at the same time the 8563e was produced!thats 6 years after the 8562a was introduced) and the E series is around 9500 to 10,000$! 8593e 9 khz to 26.5 ghz. Calibrated! according to hp its only supposed to go to 22 ghz however it really goes to 26.5 ghz pretty much within spec. only the full span stops at 22 ghz. Sold with 14 day right of return. this is a 1999 model! the last year these were produced(started in 1992) this unit performs amazingly. Some aspects of it perform better than the expensive 8563e! Unit has opt 41 the parallel and gpib option with keyboard interface. And brand new crt from the manufacturer! since they dont have many options if any I will offer any 1 option installed for free(besides tracking gen) and you can pay a bit extra to have more than 1 installed. both units are the last year model that was produced by agilent. 1999. after this the model was discontinued. it started in 1992. this unit is one out of many analyzers. and I also have 2 8563a. ... more3 8563e, 6 8562a, 2 8562e, 2 8561e, and 1 8560e and a million 859 series analyzers as well w tracking generators and other opt configs. I can also upon request install any one of the following measurement personalities at no extra charge: Cdma phs. Gsm multband. Cable tv. Scalar. Quasi peak detector(I think it needs opt 103 hardware to work though) I also have other options such as opt 004. 101, 102, 130, 151 and 160,etc. upon request for an extra cost. pics designate flatness which as you can see is dead on within.5 db accuracy across the board! frequency accuracy is dead on even at 10 khz spans at 2.9 ghz! crt looks excellent. slight burn which is normal but not really noticeable. this unit has the super rare option 26 which allows for much lower noise and freq accuracy past 22 ghz up to 26.9 ghz. I have 2 of these units available at the moment but they both may be gone any second so get them while you can. also has opt 1. Rental option as well for only 200$ a month. this model is in between 8562a and 8563e. this was still being produced 4 years after the 8563e was introduced.the only substantial improvement of the 8563e over the A is that it has better sensitivity Also I can have the phase noise or spurious noise measurements installed on a free mass memory module before shipment for no extra cost! thats an 800 $ value! international shipping rates are 120$ to 550$ depending on the country but usually about 350$ to 450$ for a spectrum analyzer measuring 28x22x18 inches 50 lbs. message for a formal quote before buying! ... moresouth america will be 550$. mexico is 250$. canada is 120$ to 200$ since it goes ups ground. I use ups ground, fedex ground, tnt and usps ems. I can also bill to your acct number if preferred. north, south and west europe is cheap, only around $250 to 350$.south america is 550$. This is in between an 8562a(old technology) and 8563ec(current technology) this unit has nearly the bandwidth resolution of an 8563e. And far better than the 8562a, also the sensitivity is in between the 8562a and 8563e, and the frequency stability is near the same as the 8563e. also one advantage this has to the more expensive E version is that it has built in signal ID and demodulator standard! 8563e doesnt have either standard. I have both 8562a and 8563e for sale as well but I recommend this unit to most people who dont need super high sensitivity or super high bw resolution but still need something with real high performance and on a budget. this out performs the 8562a in every way and is about 5 years newer model. its 1000$ more but very well worth it Im sure you will agree. this model was made at the same time the 8563e was produced!thats 6 years after the 8562a was introduced)

8593e 9 khz to 26.5 ghz. The standard model only goes to 22 ghz. this one actually has option 26/27 so it has an upgraded ytf which allows for better frequency response past 22 ghz up to 26.5 ghz. plus it has a full span( high band) 2.9 ghz up to 26.5 ghz or so. it was upgraded after first sold so the 26.5 ghz is not on the nameplate but you can clearly see it has the upgraded ytf inside when you remove the case and it also has the full 26.5 ghz span. this im 100 percent sure of as this analyzer is my expertise. I even compared the same part number with another unit with the 26.5 ghz on the faceplate to make sure) this has the n type connector but for no extra charge I can swap out the n connector to 3.5 mm which makes it opt 26 otherwise its option 27 now that it has the n connector. sold with 30 day right of return. has opt 23 the rs 232 ... moreinterface with keyboard interface. Crt, looks excellent and it also has option 27 of course, it also has option 004 which is a must. it makes the frequency accuracy litterally 30 times more accurate. for those who dont need rs232 I can exchange it with option 21 gpib interface w keyboard.
