About 2 years ago the messages LO Unlock and LO Unlevel appeared on the screen. I've researched those enough to know that a component needs to be replaced. And the estimates can vary from $35 to $500 depending on the specification of the part. There are whole forums and parts suppliers for these old HP devices, so getting those parts should not be a problem. I'm just not*that* confident with a soldering iron and I'd rather this go to someone that is more familiar with their repair. Refurbished units with this same specification run around $19k. When I shot compressed air near the bottom display border, somehow some cleaning liquid got pushed up between the display and the front glass, and now I can't get to it to ... moreremove it!
