First I realigned the loda amplitude and dual mixer alignment on the a14 board. Then realigned the yig/yto and cal out freq which calibrates the frequency accuracy across the spectrum, then performed the ytf realignment which calibrates the amplitude and preselector, then complete flatness calibration and realignment according to the service manual. this unit performs like new in regards to amplitude, attenuator, and frequency accuracy. my cal is much better than any cal lab's calibration because I run all the manual adjustments. they only run it thru a software program and realign the freq response(flatness) at most(if that) other companies like tmi just look at it and certify it automatically without even testing it thoroughly. You can only go into a scope with those. First I realigned the loda amplitude and dual mixer alignment on the a14 board. Then realigned the yig/yto and cal out freq which calibrates the frequency accuracy across the spectrum, then performed the ytf realignment which calibrates the amplitude and preselector, then complete flatness calibration and realignment according to the service manual. this unit performs like new in regards to amplitude, attenuator, and frequency accuracy. my cal is much better than any cal lab's calibration because I run all the manual adjustments. they only run it thru a software program and realign the freq response(flatness) at most(if that) other companies like tmi just look at it and certify it automatically without even testing it thoroughly.
