This is an 8591E 75 ohm version with optional cable tv measurement personality installeable upon request at no extra fee!this is basically an 8591e converted to an 8591c as it is identical(if I install the cable tv personality which I can) this has the coveted tracking generator built in which is a 1000$ value upgrade.
