Very nice Lews Speed Spool SS1HL. Left-hand retrieve. 6.4:1 gear ratio. I purchased this new last winter and used it on my Carolina Rig rod. I do relatively little Carolina Rigging. So this reel has not seen any extended day-in, day-out use. It's just as smooth as the day it came out of the box.
