Up for auction is this used Shimano Curado baitcasting reel. It's a left-hand retrieve model No. CU-201. With a 6 to 1 retrieve ratio, and 5 bearings. It has never been used in saltwater and has been well maintained. This is one of 6 I have fished with for years- I obviously love the Curado model- high quality without costing you an arm and a leg. Regardless, I'm cutting down on my tackle and this one is now ready for a new home. It is practicall blemish free and everything works as it should. With that said, I can feel a very slight'roughness' when I crank the reel. I'm not sure if it is in the gears, bearings, or whatever- and it is just a very slight sensation that I feel is slightly different than my other reels. With any other reel, I may never have even given this a second thought. Accordingly, I have made my opening ... morebid relatively low.
