Mechanically, the reel functions flawlessly with all operations checked. Cosmetically, the reel has seen some use and has some wear to the finish on the tops of the side covers. There are also scratches on the edges of the side covers. Despite the cosmetic wear, this is a solid old reel that should provide years of reliable service or it is suitable for a vintabe tackle collection.
