Up for auction are these two Shimano Bantam baitcasting reels. The one on the left is a Bantam 201SG, left handed reel and works great. There is a little chrome loss by the worm gear as seen in pictures, but I know reel is still in good condition. The Bantam on the right is a 300, right handed and is for parts only. Side plates, handle, and other parts are in good to excellent condition, not sure how the gears are inside, they feel ruff when turning handle. I take all my reels apart and clean them inside and outside and grease them with a lithium grease. The Bantam 300 I left as is, was not taken apart. This is a PayPal only in the United States. Shimano Core Handles/Knobs (Core 50 MG, 100MG, 100MGFV)
You are bidding on two right handed shimano core handles. I have a Core 100MGFC and Core 50MG but upgraded their to longer handles. Each comes with stock knobs and bearings and each is 80mm long. They are magnesium and hence. Lightweight. These would be a great upgrade to a Shimano Curado, Citica, Caenan or other shimano reels. The first handle has the core 50mg septon power grips. They are smaller than the power 2 grips of the MGFV but have a big advantage in that they have 2 bearings in each knob. Ultra smooth. The second handle has the Extra Large Septom 2 knobs however they are NOT removable. Though not as smooth. They have been greased and offer big grips for big applications like flipping, pitching and swimbaits. Great knobs. As I have shown in my pictures. These do have some wear on them. They each come with the handle nut and handle ... morenut retainer which should cover these wearing scrapes. They DO NOT have the handle nuts as I have those on my current handles however whichever reel you replace the handle on, that nut should work. If not, contact shimano and they can send you a nut. These handles cost roughly 55 dollars without knobs and bearing to get straight from shimano so for this price you should be well satisfied. A Vintage Champion DAM Quick 700B Its a nice looking reel but doesnt freespool as it should. loosening the cap to loosen the spool loosens it but still wont cast properly. Something is amiss inside. I dont know what but you would need to be throwing a large lure to cast it. Reels great. Very fast retrieve. Love the stainless steel look.
