Abu Garcia Ambassadeur Mag II Baitcasting Reel + Instuctions Tool Oil RUNS GREAT! This Abu Garica Mag II has the Magnetic Brake system and is running smoothly and well. It comes with the original instruction manual(printed in Sweden in several languages) and the original tube of reel oil and tool in the unopened packaging. Cosmetically it’s in good used condition. The chrome is nice and bright and the all-important Abu shield is present and accounted for. One endplate has faded and would probably like some silicon to revitalize it. It’s working fine. Though, and along the lines of“if it ain’t broke” I’ll leave that to you should you care to do it. Mechanically it feels good and solid. The gears mesh as you’d expect from an Abu Garcia Ambassadeur reel. The clutch is nice. Engages smoothly and with authority, and the drag system is working ... morefine. Despite the faded endplate it has obviously been well taken care of and is ready to fish– okay, some line might be needed… Please take a look at the pictures for condition and in case I missed or forgot to mention something. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or for more pictures! I’m happy to help. But maybe not the best photographer.
