I believe that the internal grease has broken down because there was some oozing grease around where the spool meets the reel housing. That grease has splattered around a bit so you may want to internally apply some fresh grease. The spots you see in some of the close up images are those grease spots. Along with my detailed description I have provided close-up images to allow you to decide for yourself how you want to judge the actual condition and how much you are willing to bid.
