Will need repairs and tune up but is all there and works to some degree. Has clear rash bangs and wear to the reel but the framework holds up well and is all there. It cranks. Gears seem like there ok but there is some noise and feel like the spool rubs sometimes. The levelwind does work well, the dial does take the reel into anti-reverse to direct drive but the drag locks in between. The clicker and clicker switch work well and has a well working clutch. It may have other issues as well I did not lift the plate on it but certainly seems to a repair rather then parts reel. Rare Vintage Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 5000D GOLD Baitcast Reel
Up for auction is an extremely rare vintage Gold Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 5000D baitcast reel. This is a chance for the true collector to add a real gem to their collection. This is a used reel and has some scratches mainly on the outer ring. I did have this reel sent into a reel repair shop to have it gone through and checked out.
