We have 2 Abu Garcia ambassadeur 521 XLT Plus baitcasting reels and there are 2 Abu Garcia Ambassadeur XLT Plus's. All the reels have been torn down cleaned. Drags serviced and re- assembled and are ready to fish. The 2 521's have serial numbers 85-2 87-88 and the other is 85-4 89-90. The 2 XLT Plus reels serial numbers are 85-0 and 85-0. All four of the reels have the Camlock quick change spools, all have the working flipping switch, all the drags have been serviced and are smooth with no skipping or jerking. Add some line to these bad boys and go fishing or use them for spares. We guarantee the reels are ready to fish and they are as described. Please look at the close-up pictures for the cosmetics ... moreof the reels. These are used reels so rubs and marks are expected. Only one has a lot of wear on the top plate, so you be the judge. A classic. As pictured. Works well. These reels are great casters with mag and mechanical braking. Quick change spools, and a level wind mechanism that floats free during a cast. It makes them cast so much better than standard level wind. Great features that are no longer available in the modern reels. Quality built in Sweden. You need to pay nearly 200 for something as good today.
