It's great as decoration or as a'future' bench instrument. The vintage looking document included may be the original instructions. Unit appears to power up and was able to test a capacitor. I can not offer a warranty or performance guarantee. This is not sold as a working instrument. Capacitor shown in test not included. Display tube warm up time for my test was under a minute. The internals are clean and appear unrepaired. The left strap snap is broken. And the corner stitching has been torn. The case looks original, and thus is dry and scuffed.
