It worked when received. I tested against a model 830 and both read the same when testing a capacitor. Today. I can't get it to read anything other than zeros unless yo go to the lower ranges. Then I can't get it to zero out. I don't have the time or desire to troubleshoot the problem. The battery compartment clips are still like new. Selling for parts or you repair it. No returns please. I already know it's not working. Free shipping just to get it off my workbench. Sometimes your the windshield and sometimes your the bug! If you repair it, don't even tell me what was wrong.
