This item is in good used condition and only shows minor-moderate wear to the outer chassis. No scraches or dents. It has some dirt and staining that we were unable to remove. The face of the unit. Jacks, buttons, knobs, handles, and carrying handle/stand all show minimal wear and seem to operate as intended. This unit has 1 OPTion installed: 002- Turbo Option(for faster measurements) We tested this unit with an HP 8656B Signal Generator. The output was displayed on the screen with no issues. However the trace signal was not much brighter than the grid. Please see the photos for details. This listing is for the 8590B Spectrum Analyzer.
