THIS IS ALIGHTWEIGHT OUTFIT IN GOOD CONDITION. THE 308 IS AN EARLY MODEL WITH THE POINT ON THE BAIL. IT HAS SOME FINISH LOSS BUT IS VERY SMOOTH BUT THE ANTI-REVERSE DOESN'T WORK. THE BAIL SPRING IS STRONG AND CLOSES EVERY TIME. THE ROD IS FINE BUT ALL THE SPECS ARE GONE. THE G ON THE BUTT PLUG IS VERY VISABLE. THE CORK. GUIDES AND WRAPS ARE FINE. THIS IS A GREAT OLD OUTFIT.

This is a well cared for vintage rod& reel combo. The sale includes a Garcia Mitchell 308 reel mounted on a Heddon Pal Mark I ultra light rod. They are both in very good condition. The Garcia Mitchell 308 was made in france. It has been well oiled and is super smooth. The Heddon Pal is a 2 piece Mark I- 5' ultra light#7250. The flexibility of this rod is unbelievable.
