This little old fishing rod and reel is a Zebco 77. The reel and rod were made to go together; I don't think the reel would fit just any rod. The rod is only 49.5" long including the handle. The rod separates into two pieces for easier storage and carrying. There is no line in the reel; I have not tested this piece. The handle turns easily. But I do not know how well it will cast. This item is described as accurately as possible. If you receive the item and feel that the description is inaccurate in any way. Please contact me before leaving feedback.
