Up for sale is a Hobart D-330 Stainless Steel Hook Brand new and a used Hobart D-340 Stainless Steel bowl. We got these from a local cooking school. Located here in Florida. When we went to pick them up one of the school maintence man told us that the bowl was used but the hook was never used as it was bought as a backup to their other hook that they used and they never had to replace it. They bought it with the intentions of a lifetime hook that would never need to be replaced but never had to use it. When we got these home we decided to call our local Hobart dealer and asked them about these and they told us that the stainless steel hook can be used with either the Hobart D-330 or D-340 and the bowl will only work with the Hobart D-340 mixer. I am very nearly certain that this 20 quart mixer bowl is correct for a Blakeslee CC-20 mixer. It is made of very heavy stainless steel and weighs over 10 lbs. I measured its volume and it holds 20 quarts. It is in very good condition with no dents or cracks. Yes. I looked especially carefully around the mounting tab areas where cracks typically form on mixer bowls. There are typical scratches from use. But I find no other issues with this bowl. So that you can verify its fit to your mixer. Its dimensions are as follows: Overall height: 11 3/8" Overall diameter(across the outside of rolled edges at top of bowl) 13 3/16" Height from base to bottom of mounting flanges: 6 1/2" Center to center distance of mounting pins: 14 3/16" measured using a huge divider) This bowl came to me in a lot of older Hobart parts. But it did ... morenot seem to me to be a bowl for a Hobart mixer. Looking around on the web for a match, I found a picture of a Blakeslee CC-20 mixer with a bowl on it. The details of this bowl looked to be an exact match to those of the bowl on the Blakeslee. I have not had the opportunity to try the fit of this bowl on a Blakeslee, but because of the visual match, I am quite confident that it is for a Blakeslee CC-20.
