Vintage Hobart N-50 Mixer W/ Accessories
Vintage Hobart N-50 commercial mixer w/ bowl. Beater, and whip attachments. The mixer fell over in my storage unit and dented the rear cover. When I turned it on it seemed to work fine but when I tested it later on high speed I could hear the motor running but there was no movement. I turned it off, manually moved the beater a little, turned it back on and it worked fine. I have tested it several more times on each speed and it worked fine with no problems. It definitely needs to be serviced before putting into heavy use. Besides the dents on the back it is in good cosmetic condition. It appears to have been repainted at some point and the cord replaced. There is a screw missing on the bottom(see photo) The bowl is old and not in great shape. Commercial mixer for Kitchen/Bakery 20 quart with accessories
This is a 2006 Univex 20 quart floor model mixer. It is in VERY VERY good shape. Almost like new. I have used this to make cookie dough for my bakery. Over the last 7 years, but I have moved onto different things. I am the only person that has ever used this mixer. It has a two bowls, one I bought extra for $175, new. I also bought a cookie dough blade, and it came with a batter paddle, a dough hook, and a whisk. It is variable speed. It has a safety cage. A very useful handy tool for any baker or food producer. Pick up only. It is rather heavy.
