Up for sale is a Hobart D-330 Stainless Steel Hook Brand new and a used Hobart D-340 Stainless Steel bowl. We got these from a local cooking school. Located here in Florida. When we went to pick them up one of the school maintence man told us that the bowl was used but the hook was never used as it was bought as a backup to their other hook that they used and they never had to replace it. They bought it with the intentions of a lifetime hook that would never need to be replaced but never had to use it. When we got these home we decided to call our local Hobart dealer and asked them about these and they told us that the stainless steel hook can be used with either the Hobart D-330 or D-340 and the bowl will only work with the Hobart D-340 mixer. Also.
