This Hobart 12 QT. mixer came from a cooking school located here in Florida that just recentley closed due to the bad economic times that we are in today. We sent this mixer out to be professionally painted. This mixer was NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY it was only used to teach students the art of baking and preparing food and prep of foods. It is very unfortunate that schools like this close. But the times we are in now in Florida is a whole new adventure as florida has not seen times like this and many other cooking schools are closing down just like this due to the times and school funds. I have here a vintage 20 quart floor dough mixer. This came from a bakery that is no longer in business. This unit is working. Was told it from the 1950's but i am un able to find and markings or tags on this unit. I don't know the make and model number of this unit either. In one of the photos you can see water on the floor. That is from ME when i was cleaning up the unit. It is not leaking anything! Also you can see in the pictures that there are a few tiny dinks on the lid of the unit. But this will not affect the use of this unit what so ever.
