Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 20Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Heavy duty stainless steel 20qt mixer bowl. I am unable to determine which brand mixer this fits so have pictured and measured all the fittings for you to evaluate. It is in the style of large commercial mixing bowls but has no label or numbers anywhere on it so I do not know which brand it fits. The bowl is heavy duty and in good condition. Has 1 almost imperceptible gentle indent near the base of the bowl(doesn't show in pics it's so minor) which doesn't affect function at all. Also when looking at the first picture I noted a small(about 1/8" slight bend down to the bottom arm on the right sided c shaped fitting. This is also visable in the close up of the same fitting. I didn't notice it until I started all the measurements and saw a slight discrepancy. When full it holds 20qts. The pics show it with 16qts liquid and ... morestill 3.75" to the top. Here are the dimensions: Bowl ht to top of rim 11.5" Center of pin hole to center pin hole is 16" Circumference immediately under C fittings 40.75" Ht to bottom of C fittings 7.25" Bottom of C fitting arm with insertion holes project 2.25" off bowl.
