Hobart M-802 Mixer Up for auction is this used Hobart M-802 Mixer. It is overall in decent cosmetic condition. Though it is a bit older and has had quite a bit of use. There is some rust and flaking paint on the unit. The main issue is that the rotary part of the mixer that attachments would be attached to has been removed. The shaft is still there and does spin. See photos below for more information on physical condition. The data plate has been removed. We wired the mixer up to 240V. Set the timer to an appropriate time and pressed the start button and the motor immediately started. We put the mixer into each of the 4 gears and each one worked well. This mixer came out of a General Mills Research and Development Department. Just look at the pictures with the hood off!
