This Hobart mixer was used in a local elementary school that just closed due to joining with the new elementary school built in the county. We tested this mixer and it seems to be working fine it turns on and turns that's all I know about it other than the school told us that it works fine. This mixer is also equipped with a meat grinder attachment. I showed in the picture a spot on back that we put on it moving it in the fiberglass but after getting it home we turned it on and still seems to work just fine.I haven't used it for any kind of mixing nor would i even know how so i am listing as is for that reason alone. Hobart D-300 30 Quart Commercial Mixer--3Phase
This is a Hobart D-300 dough mixer. It is 30 quart capacity. This mixer is 208V/3phase electric. We got in on trade though a local school district. It ran nicely when we got it and we re-packed it with grease. It now runs very quietly and smoothly and shifts very well. All other functions work as they should. As you can see pictured. It comes with 3 attachments, a bowl and a bowl extension. Also included is a 20quart bowl that fits the mixer. All attachments and bowls are genuine Hobart. The buyer will need to hard wire this to a box. Or install a plug to fit an existing receptacle. Please forward any questions you may have. This will ship via truck to any commercial location.
