This Hobart 12 QT. mixer came from a cooking school located here in Florida that just recentley closed due to the bad economic times that we are in today. We sent this mixer out to be professionally painted. This mixer was NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY it was only used to teach students the art of baking and preparing food and prep of foods. It is very unfortunate that schools like this close. All attachments in good used working order some wear and scratching on bowl, none of which interferes with performance in the slightest. This Hobart HL120 commercial mixer was supposed to work perfectly it came out of a restaurant that recently went out of business and every single thing in it was in perfect working condition. But this item I could not make it to run the arm as this is my first experience with restaurant equipment and this is first time ever listing this kind of mixer for sale. I tried all I could to see if this mixer is in perfect working condition as promised but I could not make it to work. It does look a little worn for sure but these things are built like tanks and this one runs strong on all three speeds. Nothing is broken and it probably could use a good cleaning and maybe a new paint job. Included with the mixer are 3 attachments and a 12 quart mixing bowl. I just figured out the attachments you see are for the 20 quart bowl which I do not have. you will need a 20 quart bowl to use the attachments I am including and will need to purchase the 12 qt attachments to use the bowl that is included. For sale is a 12 qt. accessory retinned steel bowl for a Hobart A200 20 qt. mixer. Bowl was sand blasted and retinned by the Metal Coating Company in Ohio last fall. The bowl has not been used since the retinning. Bowl comes with instructions for cleaning and use. Bowl is in excellent condition. I have a new stainless steel bowl and no longer need the tin bowl. I am a hobby baker that enjoys makes authentic organic bagels and ancient grain breads. Shipping will be actual cost via USPS Priority Mail.
