Hobart C-100 Commercial Mixer with 10 Qt Bowl And Whisk
This auction is for a Hobart C-100 industrial/commercial food mixer. It includes a 10-qu art stainless steel bowl and whisking attachment. The mixer is in good condition and works great. I t has some minor surface rust in places. Near the feet and where the bowl sits. The rust could be easily polished off, and it could use a new paint-job. The mixer runs quietly in all three speeds. Th e bowl raises and lowers when the lever is pulled. And it clicks into place when it is all the way up. The base probably had screw-in rubber feet at one time. But they are missing. The whisker is well used; it has some surface rust on the tines. And a couple of the tines are missing. Attachments for these mixers are easily found. The bowl is in very good condition with no dents. We cannot ship this item internationally. Has bowl Lift. 150qt SS Bowl and Paddle. 5HP 3 Phase 220V 16 amps. The machine was tested by Roper Motors( a local shop which works with all types of motors) and all of the outputs were within range. The speed indicator(plastic cover on side of machine(in picture) broke when we moved it with a fork lift) Doesn't affect operation but you don't know specifically how fast you are going.
