Up for sale is a Hobart D-330 Stainless Steel Hook Brand new and a used Hobart D-340 Stainless Steel bowl. We got these from a local cooking school. Located here in Florida. When we went to pick them up one of the school maintence man told us that the bowl was used but the hook was never used as it was bought as a backup to their other hook that they used and they never had to replace it. They bought it with the intentions of a lifetime hook that would never need to be replaced but never had to use it. When we got these home we decided to call our local Hobart dealer and asked them about these and they told us that the stainless steel hook can be used with either the Hobart D-330 or D-340 and the bowl will only work with the Hobart D-340 mixer. I am very nearly certain that this 20 quart mixer bowl is correct for a Blakeslee CC-20 mixer. It is made of very heavy stainless steel and weighs over 10 lbs. I measured its volume and it holds 20 quarts. It is in very good condition with no dents or cracks. Yes. I looked especially carefully around the mounting tab areas where cracks typically form on mixer bowls. There are typical scratches from use. But I find no other issues with this bowl. So that you can verify its fit to your mixer. Its dimensions are as follows: Overall height: 11 3/8" Overall diameter(across the outside of rolled edges at top of bowl) 13 3/16" Height from base to bottom of mounting flanges: 6 1/2" Center to center distance of mounting pins: 14 3/16" measured using a huge divider) This bowl came to me in a lot of older Hobart parts. Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 20Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Heavy duty stainless steel 20qt mixer bowl. I am unable to determine which brand mixer this fits so have pictured and measured all the fittings for you to evaluate. It is in the style of large commercial mixing bowls but has no label or numbers anywhere on it so I do not know which brand it fits. The bowl is heavy duty and in good condition. Has 1 almost imperceptible gentle indent near the base of the bowl(doesn't show in pics it's so minor) which doesn't affect function at all. Also when looking at the first picture I noted a small(about 1/8" slight bend down to the bottom arm on the right sided c shaped fitting. This is also visable in the close up of the same fitting. I didn't notice it until I started all the measurements and saw a slight discrepancy. When full it holds 20qts. The pics show it with 16qts liquid and ... morestill 3.75" to the top. Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 30Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Here is a used commercial or restaurant mixer bowl. The capacity is 30 quarts with at least 3 inches to spare below the rim. So it's capacity may be even 35 quarts. Though it is very similar to Hobart-style mixer bowls, it is somewhat different and may be a Toledo product. There is a part number which I've tried to show on the pics which is 11410. It has 2 small dents which I can see but only one showed up in the pics 13 1/4. Outside diameter-rim to rim is 15 3/8 inches. The overall height is 13 1/4 inches. Shipped weight is 14 pounds.
