Hobart C-100 Commercial Mixer with 10 Qt Bowl And Whisk
This auction is for a Hobart C-100 industrial/commercial food mixer. It includes a 10-qu art stainless steel bowl and whisking attachment. The mixer is in good condition and works great. I t has some minor surface rust in places. Near the feet and where the bowl sits. The rust could be easily polished off, and it could use a new paint-job. The mixer runs quietly in all three speeds. Th e bowl raises and lowers when the lever is pulled. And it clicks into place when it is all the way up. The base probably had screw-in rubber feet at one time. But they are missing. The whisker is well used; it has some surface rust on the tines. And a couple of the tines are missing. Attachments for these mixers are easily found. The bowl is in very good condition with no dents. We cannot ship this item internationally. Kitchen Aid Mixer Heavy Duty 10 Speed Unit With Large Metal Bowl VG Take A Look!
This is a very fine old Kitchen Aid Mixer. I have the metal bowl that goes with it. But I do not have the attachments. Kitchen Aid Mixer Attachments can be purchased on ebay.I've noticed there are several listings for Kitchen Aid Mixer Attachments at any given time. The little piece of plastic or rubber that goes over the speed adjusting lever is missing, and this item can probably be purchased at any Kitchen Aid Dealer. Cosmetically it has a few spots of discoloration here and there, but it looks very good. The yellowed section shown in the first picture is a shadow. It looks yellowed in the fourth picture, but that's from the lighting. All of the 10 speeds work fine, and the metal bowl is in very good condition with no problems. We have a high quality European-made 10 liter(about 11 quart) variable speed mixer. It is a Bear Varimixer AR10. It looks like it hasn't been used much at all. It comes with the dough hook. The whisk and the flat beater for the planetary shaft and a meat grinder and feeder for the secondary shaft coming off the front of the machine. It also comes with a stainless steel bowl. It has two levers, one to raise and lower the bowl and one to increase and decrease the speed. Since it is infinitely variable, you can run it at any speed you want between 110 and 420 rpm. It has a 1/2 horsepower motor that is 3 phase, 60 cycle, 440 volt. It is ready to be hardwired or for the plug of your choice. It was manufactured in 2005 and it hasn't been used very much. Manual and parts diagrams could be printed from the internet but not sure what you would need them, pretty simple and runs either manually or with the timer. So simple I can do it. I have test run it on all speeds for at least an hour total with no performance issues, but I am selling it with no returns or refunds, please. The bowl looks in really good shape and certainly has not been abused. I have good feedback on E-Bay and try real hard to not sell items that I wouldn't use myself and I do like happy customers.
