This is a nice commercial 30qt Hobart D-300 Mixer. The motor sounds to run smooth as silk but the gear box appears to need some attention. The speed control easily switches between speeds 1& 3 but does not appear to affect the speed at all. And if you manually turn the mixer shaft a bit you can get it to slip into the speed 2 position but it still does not appear to affect the speed. Basically as it is. the mixer currently seems to work really well in One(1) Speed. And what speed that actually is. I'm not sure. Comes with Dough Hook and Whisk. Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 30Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Here is a used commercial or restaurant mixer bowl. The capacity is 30 quarts with at least 3 inches to spare below the rim. So it's capacity may be even 35 quarts. Though it is very similar to Hobart-style mixer bowls, it is somewhat different and may be a Toledo product. There is a part number which I've tried to show on the pics which is 11410. It has 2 small dents which I can see but only one showed up in the pics 13 1/4. Outside diameter-rim to rim is 15 3/8 inches. The overall height is 13 1/4 inches. Shipped weight is 14 pounds.
