Hobart N50 Commercial Restaurant Mixer with bowl, wire whip, beater Made In USA
Vintage Hobart N-50 commercial mixer in good working condition. All three speeds work as they should and run smoothly. The only noticeable flaws are a missing carriage thumb screw. A screw missing on the bottom, and the dent which is pictured. After running the mixer for about 5-10 minutes on each speed I ran my finger along the motor housing and noticed a small amount of oil had collected on the bottom(see last photo) It was a very small amount of oil(not dripping) and could be just old oil that was heated up but apparently leaks are common with these older mixers. The 5 quart bowl is pretty scratched up and has a small dent at the bottom. I noticed some rust spots on the wire whip and it needs to be cleaned. The beater is in excellent condition.This was purchased at a thrift store so I do not know the history of this machine or how long ... moreit has been stored. I would probably have it serviced before putting it back in heavy use. I have no experience with these mixers but have tried to describe it to the best of my knowledge. Hobart M-802 Mixer Up for auction is this used Hobart M-802 Mixer. It is overall in decent cosmetic condition. Though it is a bit older and has had quite a bit of use. There is some rust and flaking paint on the unit. The main issue is that the rotary part of the mixer that attachments would be attached to has been removed. The shaft is still there and does spin. See photos below for more information on physical condition. The data plate has been removed. We wired the mixer up to 240V. Set the timer to an appropriate time and pressed the start button and the motor immediately started. We put the mixer into each of the 4 gears and each one worked well. The thing with this mixer is you have to set it to one on the timer and it turns on and off like it should. The on off switch will not work without the timer switch on. Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 20Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Heavy duty stainless steel 20qt mixer bowl. I am unable to determine which brand mixer this fits so have pictured and measured all the fittings for you to evaluate. It is in the style of large commercial mixing bowls but has no label or numbers anywhere on it so I do not know which brand it fits. The bowl is heavy duty and in good condition. Has 1 almost imperceptible gentle indent near the base of the bowl(doesn't show in pics it's so minor) which doesn't affect function at all. Also when looking at the first picture I noted a small(about 1/8" slight bend down to the bottom arm on the right sided c shaped fitting. This is also visable in the close up of the same fitting. I didn't notice it until I started all the measurements and saw a slight discrepancy. When full it holds 20qts. The pics show it with 16qts liquid and ... morestill 3.75" to the top. Here are the dimensions: Bowl ht to top of rim 11.5" Center of pin hole to center pin hole is 16" Circumference immediately under C fittings 40.75" Ht to bottom of C fittings 7.25" Bottom of C fitting arm with insertion holes project 2.25" off bowl. Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 30Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Here is a used commercial or restaurant mixer bowl. The capacity is 30 quarts with at least 3 inches to spare below the rim. So it's capacity may be even 35 quarts. Though it is very similar to Hobart-style mixer bowls, it is somewhat different and may be a Toledo product. There is a part number which I've tried to show on the pics which is 11410. It has 2 small dents which I can see but only one showed up in the pics 13 1/4. Outside diameter-rim to rim is 15 3/8 inches. The overall height is 13 1/4 inches. Shipped weight is 14 pounds.
