Used Hobart M 802 mixer 3 phase 230 volt 3 horse power. This mixer is one of the cleanest mixers I have come a crossed. The motor runs smooth and the planetary is even smoother. This mixer came out of a General Mills Research and Development Department. Just look at the pictures with the hood off! Mixers that have been ran for years day after day are full of black residue from the belt and oil inside. The fact that this one is this clean inside.
