This unit has been converted to 1 phase with a new motor so you can run this without a converter or heavy 3 phase power. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DETAILS ON THE TAG HAVE CHANGED TO 1 PHASE. 3 HP, 220V. This unit has been fully tested and runs in all 4 speeds. The mechanical bowl lift works fine. There are some cosmetic spots where it has some scuffs. We have a high quality European-made 10 liter(about 11 quart) variable speed mixer. It is a Bear Varimixer AR10. It looks like it hasn't been used much at all. It comes with the dough hook. The whisk and the flat beater for the planetary shaft and a meat grinder and feeder for the secondary shaft coming off the front of the machine. It also comes with a stainless steel bowl. It has two levers, one to raise and lower the bowl and one to increase and decrease the speed. Since it is infinitely variable, you can run it at any speed you want between 110 and 420 rpm.
