Very unique. Probably home made, but nicely built milling attatchment. Almost all brass, I resisted the temptation to polish it, it has some metered measurement numbers on the swivel part, so maybe it's not home made, but whatever it is, it is interesting. I am selling the special swivel lathe I bought to use with it because of an error in sizing, and now have a Harbor Freight mill customized to what I am going to use, so I don't need this anymore. Clement swivel style jeweler lathe. This is a TEN mm size. I missed it at auction and paid a lot for it from the winner, only to find that its not an 8mm headstock, it's a 10mm, and for what I wanted to use it for I really need 8mm. Otherwise it's very nice, the swivel is very smooth, and it has a measuring dial head thing that can be removed. There is no collet or drawbar, just what you see and the 2 chips(marks) in the pulley I put in a visible position in the first photo. US bidders only, no Canada or overseas please. Small Steady Rest Tool for Boley or other brand watchmaker lathe jeweler
Slimming down my collection. I accumulated a few jeweler and watchmaker machine parts in my quest to build some custom miniature axle parts. I am not a jeweler or watchmaker, so these are sold as is, I don't know much about them or their tolerances(or sizes) other than what you can see in the pictures, I recently discovered Taig and Sherline machines which are slightly larger and good enough for my purposes and not considered collectible, which is more comfortable for my budget. Some of this stuff is from the early 1900's. Some is from the 1950's and 1960's, and a few things from more recent times, but for the most part I don't know which is which. hi! Tonight I have the next item on my watch lathe related auctions. This one is the lathe itself! Finally! There are more photos at the bottom of the listing. Too. All the other stuff I have listed works with this specific lathe. Just in case anyone was wondering. About the lathe: Made by Peerless-Marshall in the USA. It is a Webster-Whitcomb style, 8mm lathe. The lathe has an approx. 4" swing and about 5" between centers(with the centers spread fully apart) Cone bearings adjusted perfectly, no runout that I can measure(there is always runout- this is just too small for me to measure) and everything spins smooth and true. Headstock. Tailstock and bed not only have matching serial numbers, but it is a cool serial number, too! Serial number is 11111, super cool. Bed is flat and true- some plating loss to the chrome exists. But no ... morerust anywhere significant(see photos for condition) Motor is a Watch-Craft 1/10 HP ac/dc reversible; oiled regularly and the brushes are in good shape. I re-wired the motor and speed controller years ago. Always meant to go back and do a cleaner job(but got lazy) anyway. New wires in there and they work as well as they should. Foot controller is old, but works. The lathe comes with the Borel base. For easy transport, and the original chrome foot- which I never used. So if you want to go old school and bolt this baby to your bench you still can. I also have the original index pin, and the index stops on the headstock are in good shape. Headstock pulleys are good- no major chips anywhere. Motor also has the detachable counter shaft- see photos. I have owned this lathe for about 15 years now and can vouch for that time- the 100 years(or whatever) prior- I cannot speak to- but this lathe has been kept in top shape and served me well for the last 15. The motor is serial number 174416 and is 115Volt 95Watt. It has the original box. I am including the 1/2" thick Lucite base which he was using. It is slightly bigger then the box so I do not believe it is original. It has rubber feet. The lathe comes with all of the original parts. It comes with the 12" vertical column for vertical-spindle machining, grinding wheel arbor, slotted adapter, aluminum face plate, two dead centers, tool post, spindle-feed hand lever and pinion, vertical column headstock adapter, vertical column ... morebase plate, drill headset and key, 3-jaw universal lathe chuck and a few other items seen in the images. The motor runs smooth and tight. It does need belts. It comes with a printed out 43 page set of instructions. I have a Unimat jig saw attachment listed in a separate auction. It weighs 34lbs unpacked.

3C Collet Drawbar for Levin Watchmaker's, Jeweler's Lathe
In good used condition. Fits Levin 3C headstocks. Please note the measurements: overall length is approx. 4 3/8" Length from the end of the drawbar to the step(the portion that goes inside the spindle) is approx. 3.57" Knob OD is 1.8" Drawbar has superficial etching which will not effect operation. up for sale is a collet drawbar for a watchmakers or Levin type lathe. this has two collets with it one is 1/16" one 1/8" the collets are identical to Hardinge 3SC Collets. according to the catalog the thread is.293x 36 rh.
